What is more important,money or recruitment?
by kls innot sure which thread to put this under so i will ask here.if a person stopped attending their kh meetings, but always made sure they made a donation each month to their kh,would the elders still come knocking on their door?is it recruitment or money they want more?

Before You Actually Stopped Meetings, How Many HATED Being There?
by minimus inwhen i listen to anything at the meetings, it is with a critical eye.
i really can't stand going, especially today.
did you feel that the meetings were grating and extremely irritating, just before you stopped going altogether?

When the weather was lousy, attending meetings was still a pain, but, when the weather was fine and you couldn't wish for a better day, it was totally unbearable to gaze out of the window and realise what a waste of time it was being at the KH. Towards the end of my 'sentence', I would arrive at the meeting for the song, and then go walking until it was time to return for the final song. By that time it was fairly evident to all that my 'devotion' had waned. And yet, not a word from the elders. I think by that time they were looking forward to my eventual 'final exit'.
cheeses - who now enjoys everyday away from KH confinement.

Well another day has dawned and still dcapat8 is out and about. Don't worry, I'm sure someone will come looking for him shortly once it's noticed that his straightjacket hasn't been slept in.
Big Tex - Is that really a pic of our boy constip8? That must be a bandage on his head from the failed frontal lobotomy. Can't really be sure whether the formation of his arms are from being in handcuffs for an extended period, or if it's from swinging from branch to branch.
But we are left with no uncertainty about the origins of the hand formation - obviously from gripping something small and short, for too long and too often.
eradic8 - I can't but help believe that deep down you are a real charmer, it's just that you don't want to show it.
